Today RCN supports in excess of 350 clients, with around 180 active on a monthly basis, and a daily average of 200 cash clients, at our shop front. RCN currently has a staff compliment of 7 individuals, consisting of 2 educated technicians, 3 administrative personal, and 2 client support and cleaning staff. RCN is also actively involved in various charity organisations, and also supports various staff members with schooling for themselves as well as their offspring.
RCN still has an active communication system, utilised by certain security and construction companies in and around Mthatha.
RCN gives full support to the corporate and public sectors for all their computer, printing and network requirements, with new innovations and technologies being utilised where feasibly viable.
RCN supports and implements WAN to facilitate clients technically linking branches and / or offices from remote areas and out of town offices.
RCN is also a registered Pastel accounting dealer and IQ Accounting dealer, giving the client a professional choice on their accounting structure of their business, with the peace of mind that there is knowledgeable and competent support for their systems.
RCN registered as an Internet Server Provider in 2005, utilising the domain www.mthatha.co.zawhich is set up to enhance Mthatha services, and community. Currently this serves in excess of 50 corporates with internet access and facilities on a monthly re-occurring relationship. RCN utilises the IQ system as its chosen financial system.
RCN shop front offers printing, design, web design, photocopying, computer sales and repairs, whilst carrying stock of most of most cartridges for today’s printers with stationery supplies for the business client.
